Baked clam dip is a warm, creamy dip that tastes just like baked clams with much less work. Served with crackers, this dip recipe makes a great appetizer.

This recipe for New England style clam dip may not be very good for you. But it does give you an excuse to eat an entire block of cream cheese.

Clam Dip Recipe - Yankee Magazine: I used two 8 oz tubs light cream cheese, about 1/2 cup sour cream, a 10 ounce can of Bumblebee Baby Clams, some dried onions and onion and garlic powder. It was a little too soupy so added about 1/3 cup parmesan and microwaved for 30 second, then 30 more. Can be served cold, warm or room temperature.
