Garlic Parmesan Chicken - I could eat this at least once a week, if not more. So good!! We made it with at least 4 cups of spinach and Mike sliced the chicken like you would get at a Chinese restaurant. We also used 4 cloves of garlic because 6 seemed like a lot for a 2-serving dish! Anyway, it was still delicious and I highly recommend it!!
