Ella's Cannellini Bean Stew: 1 can canellini beans, 1 can tomato, 1/2 T tahini, 2 garlic cloves or 1 t garlic powder, chilli powder, salt & pepper. Mix them in a pan and heat up.

Lincolnshire sausage & lentil simmer

Sausage and lentil simmer. This tastes so nice. I made it with pork and apple sausages and used chorizo instead of pancetta. Green lentils instead of puy lentils. I also used sweet potato instead of carrot and red wine vinegar instead of white. I also added a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. Delicious.
