Mmmmmm so suculent and rich in Cajun flavor. I love to cook the cuisine from my old home New Orleans. Low Carb Shrimp Stuffed Mirliton: **Use almond meal and grated Parmesan in place of breadcrumbs; I also recommend using half the amount of butter!** This meal is sooo delicious. (Mirliton is usually called "chayote squash" in stores). Kind of like a mix between a squash and an eggplant. It's low in carbs and so full of flavor!
