When you are canning tomatoes don't forget to can some tomato juice. After you wash and cut the blemish from the tomatoes cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cook pieces slowly then send though a sieve or juice machine. Add salt and pepper and reheat juice. Pour into sterile jars and process in hot water bath.
