40 calorie tortilla: 1/8th tsp salt; .5 oz water; 1/4 cup flour; 1/8 tsp baking powder --- combine all ingredients into a single ball. cover dough for 15 minutes. split dough into two balls and roll into round shapes. flour the counter. take each ball and roll into a flat circle. place on ungreased skillet. cook over med. heat until brown spots start to appear.

I am LOVING this app. So easy to scan food labels to quickly add the nutrition information. If you have a heart rate monitor, its fast to add your workout and calories burned. I'm waiting to see how well this combo works before investing in a body bugg.
