lemony spinach carbanara | Drizzle and Dip -- 150g whole-wheat linguini, 1 large free range egg, 60ml / 1/4 cup creme fraiche, 60ml / 1/4 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese (and a bit extra for sprinkling), 2 – 3 cups of baby leaf spinach, zest of one small lemon – finely grated, salt & pepper
Gnocchi Carbonara - Made this tonight and it was a loser. No one liked it. Not to mention its not a cheap meal. Will not make this again. So disappointed. I did do store bought Gnocchi as I just don't have time to make fresh, but still not good.
