With anti-bullying initiatives being so strong in schools and the workplace, it's important to look at both sides of this issue, which can only be eliminated through awareness and education. Also important to note is that bullying isn't exclusive to kids.
Teasing occurs in every school yard (and many families) every single day. Cruel remarks that are delivered to ridicule, taunt, embarrass, and make fun of a victim are common, and are unfortunately accepted as part of life.
The Kindness Game. Use this bingo-style "Kindness Game" to encourage random acts of kindness in your classroom. This activity works with all ages, and can be a terrific complement to a unit for National Bullying Prevention Month (and beyond!).
