This is my current favorite as far as block centers go. I love the amount of some children have to build, the protected spaces using raised platforms, and a plethora of building materials to promote creativity, design concepts, problem-solving, etc.

This has more ideas but I like adding the recycled materials to the building center. Paper towel and toilet paper rolls would be great for building. I think tape rolls would take a long time to collect but would also be a good addition.
