4 cups water 1/2 cup granulated sugar Zest of one lime 4 bags Bigelow Green Tea 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (4-6 limes) 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water, sugar, and lime zest to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then remove pan from heat. 2. Put green tea bags in hot water mixture and steep for one minute. Remove. 3. Let mixture stand 30 minutes to cool. Strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher. 4. Stir in fresh lime juice and serve over ice. Yield: 4 glasses.
