Pork Loin cooked for 90 min stovetop in Dutch oven instead of in oven oven! 1/4 olive oil and 1 1/4 Chardonnay in the pot with herbs. Make a gravy out of it after (Id use skim milk chicken broth and a little flour) and serve it all together, sliced. Prob best with potatoes and a hearty veggie.
