vegetable kebabs - use mushrooms, haloumi cheese, tiny tomatoes, red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red salad onion, marinated tofu. Thread onto skewer and brush with satay sauce. Cook on barbecue - basting through the cooking process. Delicious!
