In preparation for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, we sat down with a friend of our and watched Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and appropriately made food as a means to tour Hogwarts. Here we have the Felix Felicis, a potion pulled straight from the movie and a wonderful opportunity to visit the Advanced Potion Making class. This "Potion" was actually just a modified Bee's Knees, with a little bit of thyme added into the cocktail, Magical and delicious.

These amazing little creatures really DO have knees – aren’t they cute? “The bee’s knees” means “the highest quality” because that’s the area on their bodies where most of the golden nectar is concentrated. We adore everything about bees and honey: it’s our raison d'être (reason for existing)!
