What Happens When You Drink Water with Baking Soda on an Empty Stomach
I drink warm water with lemon juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Just as good if you can't stand the baking soda! For added benefits I also add a little raw honey and coconut oil to it after it's cooled a little, but still warm. Not hot!
