Basic Adaptable Cookie Dough

for eton mess stuffed cookies - The Eton Mess was just stuffed with crushed meringue cases, raspberry jam and white chocolate. I dipped the cookies when cooled into icing sugar then into crushed meringue. Next time I'd do it differently and only put meringue on top rather than inside as it melts in the middle during the bake. Seems slightly pointless because the meringue is more for the texture.

This pampered chef recipe is so good and easy to make! I usually mix chicken, broccolli, cream of chicken, and cheese and mix it all together in a bowl, put the crescent rolls out in a circle like a sun shape, put the mixture in the middle, fold over the points to the middle, and bake. You could use anything though I even saw it done with pie fillings and such like a dessert! :)
