BAKED POTATO SLICES... Preheat oven to 400* (or Microwave 6 minutes or more). Brush both sides of potato slices with butter. Bake on cookie sheet in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes til lightly browned on both sides, Turning once. When ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; Continue baking until the cheese has melted. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
try for 50 mins next time...Healthy You: Sliced Baked Potatoes. Made mine with olive oil, sprinkled with paprika, sea salt, thyme, and ground mustard. Put dried onions inbetween slices to keep open and to add to flavor:)
