Finger-Lickin' Good Plantain 1 large plantain 1 T butter 2 T brown sugar Slice plantain in 2 and put in pan over butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 450 for 15 min on 1 side, 10 min on other. When is caramelized and look right, is done. Be careful; very soft; sticks on fingers. Plantain need to be very well ripe. Just yellow looking not enough. Need some dark spots on it, than is good.
