Hard boiled eggs in oven...when you take them out of the oven, plunge them into a bowl/sink full of ice water for 10 minutes. This was so easy. Some had spots on them, but they washed away in the ice water.
The Perfect Hard Boiled Egg: Oven at 325F. Eggs in standard muffin tin. Bake 30 minutes. Ice bath to cool. 03-30-13 Worked great. Of the 24 eggs we did, only 2 cracked and only minor (way better success for me than boiling). So easy to peel that my 2 year old did it on his own. Perfect texture and taste too. This is my new preferred method for 'boiling' eggs. So easy!
