Easy banana pancakes. These turned out so moist, fluffy & delicious! Ingredients: 2 small very ripe bananas, mashed// 2 cups aunt jemima original pancake mix// 1 1/3 cups milk// 1/4 cup sugar// 1 tsp. baking powder// dash cinnamon. Mix all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes to activate the baking powder. Fry pancakes on griddle, set at 300 degrees - about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with syrup, peanut butter, whipped cream, fresh fruit, or any combination of the above. Image not mine.
You read right – baked pancake donuts with Nutella® AND they’re super easy to make. Whip up a batch of Aunt Jemima® pancake batter and pour into a donut hole pan. Bake at 325˚F for 15 min or until cooked through. Let cool, spread with Nutella and serve. We know: MIND. BLOWN.
Aunt Jemima Pancake Muffins "Hannah Style": 1) Preheat over to 350 2) Make the batter as usual makes about 16 muffins; instructions are on box 3) Lightly coat the muffin tin with vegetable oil spry or other nonstick pan 4) Pour batter into muffin tin and if you want them to be even better add things such as blueberries or chocolate chips 5) Cook them for 15 minutes and cool for a little bit 6) Eat them up before they are all gone!
This International Pancake Tuesday, add some apple to your Aunt Jemima® batter for pancakes with punch! Cut your apple into rings then dip them into your pancake mix. Grease your pan and place your battered apple slice on your griddle. Flip when bubbles begin to form, about two minutes. Cook for another minute and plate. Serve with a spread of Nutella®.
