Homemade Peshwari Nan with Coconut and Pistachio

Peshwari naan - my recipe for filling: 2 tbsp each of cashews, almonds, raisins/raisins, then 4 tbsp shredded coconut. Pulse in food processor until finely chopped. Then pour into small bowl and drizzle honey over top and mix to combine. Flour was 2 cups, milk was just over 1/2 cup. Dough was not stretchy though more like biscuit raggedness. I had to broil them for 8 mins on hi - Lindsey
