Baked Arctic Char. Rinse fillets and lay on oiled tin foil. In food processor, blend some garlic cloves, 1/3 cup olive oil, Flavor God salt pepper, 1/2 lime juice and spicy peppers to taste. (Chris likes super spicy so do yours and then add more / spicier peppers for his!). Spread the mixture on the fish. Put our oven on 375 and bake a .6 filet for 15 min, .4 for 12. Leave in oven for another minute. YUM
