Paris and Tour Eiffel---Paris and the sparling diamond lights that flicker once per hour until midnight. During my most troubled times I could see Tour Eiffel from my 6th floor walk up windows and it was my solace as it turned into these diamonds---some Parisians still scoff at this lighting but I shall always love it and make a wish upon it when you are lucky enough to see it too!
