YAY!!! I just finished my prep for: ****3 DAY REFRESH!**** . I'm SO EXCITED! Last time I lost 4 INCHES off my waist and felt SO rejuvenated!!! {8 pounds total [I don't care about the number] but I lost LOTS OF FAT = MY ABS COULD SHOW!} .
