Doing the 21 Day Fix can produce some amazing results if you follow the program correctly. In fact, the program is one of the best in regards to ensuring proper portion control and fitness routines, so much so, that it is one of the most programs I recommend most often.
You can laminate the small ones, and just use a sheet protector for the large one. Then write on them with dry erase markers or crayons. Easy to wipe off and you can start over the next day!! AWESOME! :)
