Only two ingredients. That's right, just cake mix (spice, carrot, yellow etc.) and canned pumpkin (15 oz.). NO oil, NO eggs, NO water, NOTHING else. Mix and Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The end result is very low point WW incredibly moist muffin/cupcake treat.
2 Ingredients; 1 Yellow Cake Mix & 1 -15oz Can Pumpkin - Mix two ingredients. (It's REALLY good if you use "Spice Cake" instead of yellow....and add some Pumpkin Pie Spice to the batter.) Pour unto cupcake or muffin pan. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven, eat while warm. - ***Only 2 WW PTS+ per muffin (if you make 12 muffins)
