Captain Birds Eye Fish Fingers are so good... The advert though was rather 'Kiddie Fiddler' Friendly... Man with hat and beard in his 60's "hanging" with no adults only children alone!! on his boat and saying Mums go buy my fish fingers in a Ooo arr Me harties pirate talk, Or else the kid with the glasses get it. I'm pretty sure that was the advert..

30 Day DW Challenge: Day Two, favourite classic series episode. Haven't seen many, so have to go with 'Robot', Tom Baker's first episode as the fourth Doctor.

vintage sparklers We did not get these very often but how exciting when we did. I grew up in Oceanside, California and on the 4th of July we either went to The Del Mar County fair and saw the fireworks there or sometimes we would go down to the pier and watch the huge display they would shoot off from the end of the pier.

mid-week mumma: KATE MOSS

Kate Moss- if W has had a muse these past 10 years or so, she would have to be Kate, who has appeared on 15 covers (prior to the nine separate covers printed for this issue) and in countless fashion shoots, by everyone from Michael Thompson to Bruce Weber. http://www.wmagazine.com/fashion/2003/09/kate_moss-2/
