30 Day Burpee Challenge Fitness Workout Chart
I am posting this because when you go to bootcamp at VIP you do like over 100 any given day... worst exercise ever though for sure!
Burn all of the calories, no equipment needed.
Just a quick 100 calorie blast!
Deck of cards workout. Should be interesting ;) If you want to change it around half way through, this is the alternative I use: Clubs:Squats Diamonds: Crunches Spades: High Knees Hearts: Mountain Climbers Joker: 1 minute plank/wall sit :)
This looks good, but I think I would change it to 10 burpees, 20 lunges, 30 sit ups, 40 squats, and 50 double unders!!! Fun!
