On a day where you have enough energy do 3 sets of 6 reps for each of those weights. Then start from the heaviest weight in my case 80-95lb dumbbells then drop set 6-8 reps each dropping only by 10lbs, 20lbs if you don't have enough in you. (start with weights you can handle)
