One-of-a-kind meditation cushion
Our meditation cushions are made from upholstery fabric remnants and other fabric cut-offs with a desire to reduce waste, re-use and upcycle materials. They are filled with approx. 2kg of either organic spelt or buckwheat husk from the UK. Spelt and buckwheat are grains and their husks have been used in pillows and bedding for centuries. The husks are light, soft and breathable, yet very supporting and will perfectly fit the contours of your body. #handmadewithlove #handcrafted #meditationcus

At Equilibrium Lifestyle we design and make sustainable lifestyle products with love, attention to detail and respect for our planet. From the haberdashery, through to the fabrics, packaging, etc., we only use organic, sustainable, re-cycled, or up-cycled materials, in an effort to reduce waste and our environmental footprint. It all started with using upholstery fabric remnants to create unique meditation cushions and it is slowly growing into a range of beautiful and practical products.

Every cushion is a one-off, as there will never be another one made with that unique fabric combination. We use upholstery fabric remnants and other fabric cut-offs with a desire to reduce waste, re-use and upcycle materials. Every meditation cushion embodies a different style and personality. Our collection are small and exclusive. We consider our designs to be bold and different, sometimes intentionally reflecting the upholstery heritage of the fabrics we use.
