Oopsie, I miss sandwiches!

Oopsie Bread. Beat 4 oz. cream cheese with 4 egg yolks, in a separate bowl beat 4 egg whites until stiff, fold whites into yoke mix. Put 6-8 blobs of dough on a cookie sheet about the size of a piece of bread. Bake at 375 for 12-15 mins. You can add sun, chia, flax or sesame seeds on top before you bake if you want.
