I left M&S in 2012. I did plenty of shelf stacking in my time there - particularly at Christmas (seriously hats off to all of you who work in retail), Fast forward to 2015 when I decided to start @coconutsorganic , leaving Brighton and moving back to my childhood home of Cornwall. 5 years and these two babies later, Coconuts Organic is now in the freezers @marksandspencer stores, which also means for the first time we’re in @marksandspencerjersey, Dublin and Belfast. Its a great feeling.
