Glasgow
My hometown - it's beautiful beneath the surface, depending upon the angle you're looking from. Pinning partially for reference for a project I'm working on.

Kelvinbridge Glasgow, Scotland
Kelvinbridge Glasgow in Scotland has a large cast iron road and pedestrian bridge that forms part of the Great Western Road, the 2nd longest A-road in Scotland, which is an easy escape from the city to Loch Lomond or Glen Coe. It is not a true "district" of Glasgow. It is a locally recognised area in the West End of Glasgow. The Kelvinbridge end of The Great Western Road is home to some of Glasgow's best bars, shops & places to eat, & including a tea house.

Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868-1928) - Glasgow School of Art Library. Glasgow, Scotland. Destroyed in 2014. I studied at GSA but never had any opportunity to use the old library (there is a 1970-ish building the next block up which houses the much larger modern library), though I wish I had made one.
