National Relaxation Day is held on the 15th August. A day to reflect on the importance of relaxation and perhaps learn new relaxation techniques. Relaxation is for life and has many benefits if applied on a regular basis. Research highlights that simple relaxation techniques can reduce stress, anxiety and blood pressure.
