Spanakopita rolls 1 large onion chopped 3 spring onions Brown onions in 50g anchor butter and set aside till cooled down Mixed all ingredients below together and add the onions 1 pack of washed chopped spinach 1 pot of ricotta cheese 1 block of feta cheese crumbled 1 tsp salt and pepper 1 pack of large rolled puff pastry Unrolled and slice along the the middle Add a tablespoon after tablespoon of mixture along the edge from top to bottom and wipe with egg wash on opposite side to stick pastry when assembling into a sausage roll shape, then put egg wash on top and sprinkle sesame seed on top.
