This is the second home we have worked on for this client. This was a large Victorian home which need some rejigging and a modern extension. Designed seamlessly to work alongside each other. Wood or Stone Worktop?? No, I don't want to cause a fight! ..but this is what we get asked all the time and I would love to hear what you think. Whilst wood requires more maintenance and upkeep and isn't as hardwearing as stone solid wood worktops create a warm, rustic look which feels more natural than stone.
