Brookhouse Mill – the first of a number of mill conversions. Brookhouse was bought complete with functioning water wheel and grindstones from the miller, Mr. Lumbston. The space brought the first opportunity for large-scale mural making; for living and working, a full conversion was required. Illustration by Jean from her book Earth, Fire and Water.
