Our physical trainer from London, Jason Johal from Pinch the Inch shares his exercise mantra: Before I begin, I psych myself up 20-30 minutes before hand, I visualize my workout, the intensity of it and the parts where I can picture myself getting tired and remind myself that's the part where I need to keep going and not stop.
