Cinnamon & Sugar roasted pumpkin seeds
This recipe for cinnamon & sugar roasted pumpkin seeds is a great way of using up all the seeds that most people usually bin when they carve Halloween pumpkin, make pumpkin butter or try to bottle or can pumpkins. I've used the whole pumpkin seeds (with shells) in this recipe. They are perfectly safe to eat as they are, although most of us think that pumpkin seeds are green. And yes, they are green if you shell them, but that's for another blog post and another time!

My tried & tested tips on how to stop oatmeal from overflowing in microwave and enjoy your perfectly made oatmeal everytime. I love oatmeal and often have it as my breakfast or use oats in my morning smoothies or even as a topping for my blueberry microwave crumble. Because I’m making my breakfast usually just for me, it makes sense to use a microwave as it’s really quick. The problem is that the oats often overflow and then I spend more time tidying up and wiping the sticky porridge glue than actually making my breakfast. So what can I do? Is there a way to stop oatmeal from overflowing the microwave? I thought I’d try few methods to see if I can make my breakfast porridge bowl less sticky!

Cinnamon star bread (enriched dough recipe)
I first come across this type of bread when I was putting together a bread baking session for a group of friends visiting London and wanting to do something baking related together. I wanted to come up with something that would look and taste great and this cinnamon star bread was one of the bakes we made on that day.

My recipe is for cinnamon sugar pretzels, which is the simplest versions of topping, but you can swap it for chocolate, peanut butter or any other toppings you fancy.
