ZIPLOC OMELETTE! I need to remember about this little wonder. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, take 2 eggs + any add-ins you like (bacon, onions, peppers, etc!) and place in ziploc bag. Shake gently to combine. Zeal bag and remove air -- place in rolling, boiling water for EXACTLY 13 minutes. Cut bag and omelette will roll out. Super easy! Can make 6-8 in one pot at a time! Genius!
