We have set-up a Facebook Group for our our users, as a way of communicating information that is associated with running a childcare setting, but perhaps does not quite fit within what we add to the new feed within the user interface. We have done this during teh COVID-19 pandemic, as many settings are closed and as a result staff are no longer logging into the Childcare on-line Bookings (CoB) system.

We have now implemented an improved error message to help #Apple users after Full Third-Party Cookie Blocking was very kindly introduced on March 24th during the pandemic (note the sarcasm). This only effects users with newer Apple devices: iOS and iPadOS 13.4 and Safari 13.1 on macOS. So, Apple are fast taking over Microsoft in the "do it our way or no way". I know Apple products are enormously popular, but Apple's arrogance is baffling, especially during a pandemic.

CoB min charges suspended
We have suspended all minimum charges as of today (19th March 2020), whilst we all deal with the current situation, coursed by the coronavirus crisis.
