It is hard to believe where the last eighteen years have gone, it's been a journey and we've had an amazing ride! Thank you to all our clients, suppliers, employees (both past and present). The Childcare on-line Booking system (CoB) is great example that enables over 700 wrap around childcare settings to process bookings, processing £ 5,000,000 each year.

We have recently launched a new website for a start-up business called Moor Independence Ltd. As part of the launch, we have run a social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram. We chose these platforms, as the service provided will be squarely aimed at vulnerable people with South Devon (along the A38 corridor) and these platforms allow targeted marketing, using geodata.

I chose the image of The Panopticon for good reason, as it was designed is to allow all (pan-) inmates of an institution to be observed (-opticon) by a single watchman and seemed a fitting image for the topic discussed, in which I draw together evidence that we are about to undergo a digital transformation that will redefine the buzzword currently used to describer the adaption of technology within business.
