Garlic Cheese Bombs // recipe Ingredients: - Trader Joe's pizza dough or pillsbury biscuits - string cheese or shredded mozzarella - 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter - 2 cloves minced garlic - salt to taste - Italian herb seasoning - grated Parmesan cheese - parsley (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 450 2. In a bowl melt butter and mix in garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, & Italian spices. 3. If you're using the pizza dough, cut the dough into 16 pieces. Then roll each piece into a ball and using a roll pin or hands, roll the dough until flattened as a small pizza. Add in the cheese, then fold over the dough & pinch until sealed. 4. Place these into a baking dish, leaving some space for the dough to expand, then brush the butter mixture. 5. Bake for 8-10 min
