Hidden behind the hustle of London’s Oxford Street, Ethos Foods’ meat-free menu boasts an impressive array of vegetarian and vegan delights from across the world. The meals are served buffet style with diners loading up plates which are weighed at the counter. We were able to sample a number of Ethos Foods specialties, from Japanese Miso Aubergine to Spinach and Ricotta Dumplings. Ethos has already received an accolade for its Nordic inspired interiors which feature silver birch trees.
