Here’s my go-to: First thing, I drink a big glass of water—hydration is everything! Then I dive into my skincare routine (cleanser, serum, moisturizer—you know the drill). It’s my little “me-time” moment.  Next up is yoga. Nothing intense, just some light stretches to wake up my body and feel grounded. And finally, my favorite part: breakfast. Whether it’s overnight oats, avocado toast, or a smoothie, I sit down and actually enjoy it.  Taking the time to slow down in the morning has totally boosted my energy, focus, and mood. Trust me, you’ll love how it feels!
