Plus this carrot ginger dressing is literally liquid gold 🥗 Ingredients: For the dressing: 7 oz carrots 4 onions shallot 1-2 inches fresh ginger, peeled 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup rice vinegar 3/4 cup olive oil For the salad: Cabbage slaw (I use a Cole slaw mix bag!) Makes 24 Ingredients: 1 tablespoon avocado oil 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed 1 carrot, peeled and diced 1 brown onion, peeled and diced 1 whole garlic bulb 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili (or to taste) 1 cup cooked or canned brown lentils 1 cup freshly chopped parsley or coriander 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed 1-2 tablespoons soy milk, for brushing Sesame seeds, for decoration Method: Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange sweet potato, carrots, and onions on the baking tray. Peel and discard the papery outer layers of the whole garlic bulb, then cut 1/4 from the top of the cloves.
