Birchwood Park is proud to have given its support to Warrington East, as it prepares to introduce a new £5m scheme that reduces congestion, improves road safety and spurs economic growth in the Birchwood area.
Data from Companies House suggests that 2014 has been a record year for start-ups. By the end of October, nearly 500,000 new businesses had been launched, 63,000 more than at the same time last year. However, the big question is, just how many of these companies will still be trading in five years’ time?
Birchwood Park has scooped the top spot, letting more commercial office space in 2014 than any other landlord in the area. A total of 93,500 sq ft of space was let; that’s the equivalent to over a third of the total office lettings in Birchwood.
The campaign to help promote Warrington as a business and leisure destination is now well underway, as hundreds of residents and businesses have been sharing the love for the area, tweeting #LoveWarrington in the lead up to Valentine’s Day.
