Fat Loss Tips for over 30s
Fighting belly fat can be quite a challenge, as it's easy to put on but hard to get rid of. You may notice that the methods that used to work for you in your 20s and early 30s are not as effective anymore. During early adulthood, typically between 25 and 30, our hormones are at their peak. Once you reach 30, your body naturally starts losing muscle and bone mass, and hormone levels begin to decline. These changes contribute to an increase in visceral fat around the stomach.
