Bentley hosted an immersive outdoor dining experience in the heart of Sweden’s Trakt Forest as part of Extraordinary Journeys Scandinavia. Guests were served dishes by Michelin starred chef, Niklas Ekstedt, who cooks everything over an open campfire using Nordic fire-cooking techniques. Courses were made using local produce and seasonal ingredients from the forest.
