The Blood Orange in our award winning Welsh Dry Gin lends itself beautifully to this classic Italian cocktail. To make a classic Negroni you need: * 25ml Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin * 25ml Vermouth (we love Discarded Cascara Sweet Vermouth) * 25 ml Campari * Ice * Orange slice to garnish Pour all the ingredients in to a glass and give it a gentle stir to blend the spirits. Add ice cubes to a tumbler and pour your mixed spirits over the top. Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy!

The Perfect Negoni Cocktail Recipe

The Blood Orange in our award winning Welsh Dry Gin lends itself perfectly to this classic Italian cocktail. To make a Negroni you'll need: * 25ml Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin * 25ml Vermouth (we love Discarded Cascara Sweet Vermouth) *25 ml Campari * Ice * Orange slice to garnish Pour all the ingredients in to a glass and give it a gentle stir to blend the spirits.
