Profile of A Man by Arthur Berry. Mixed media. This piece was sold in April 2012. Now in a private collection. After the work passed through the gallery we saw some footage of Arthur filmed by the BBC for a dispatches program and it was this piece that Arthur was working on at the time - absolutely wonderful to see him working,and then to see the finished piece in the gallery in Burslem.

Off to The Match by Derek Higginson. Available. Derek went to the Burslem School of Art where he first experienced the work of LS Lowry who was holding an exhibition at the school. This left a great influence on his work. Other pieces by Derek Higginson are also available at the gallery. Derek remains fairly unknown and so very affordable for originals. Barewall hope to host an exhibition of his work in 2014.
